Sorry Alex, I wasn't putting in a request so much as just confirming what Sam said. I ran across his post and thought I should verify it, for the record.

This hasn't been a problem for me; it very rarely happens and has never affected the gameplay.

Like you said, until someone figures out how to reproduce it, you can't do much about it.
